DESCRIPTION OF EVENTS

Executive Training Seminars
Fellows are required to participate in four 90-minute seminars (one per quarter) focused on addressing the most pressing challenges facing founders who are scaling their companies. Topics may include: hiring and recruitment, management and company culture, M&A strategy, product development, dealing with your co-founder or co-CEO, and other appropriate topics. Each seminar is led by a leading professional in this space.

Fellows’ Sounding Board Sessions
During each Sounding Board, four to five Fellows will have the opportunity to present pressing problems facing their companies. Fellows will then break out into discussion groups, with the goal of crowdsourcing potential solutions. The solutions are then presented to the whole cohort for additional feedback and insights. Six will take place over the year at either 92Y or Fellows/Mentors’ offices.

CEO Conversations
2-3 elite CEOs will host private breakfast conversations for the 2015 class. Discussions will focus on specific topics of importance to the Fellows in their roles as CEOs, and provide the forum for honest Q&A.

Office Hours
Fellows meet Advisors in a Speed-Matchingevent, after which Fellows identify and connect with Advisors that can provide the highest value in the areas of business and professional development. Following this event and throughout the year, Advisors make themselves available for university style office hours so that the Fellows can drop-in to ask questions when necessary.
